Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 Tables. fresh basil, chopped (or 2 teas. dried basil, crushed)
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with crudités or tortilla chips.
