Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Frozen Corn (thawed) 1-16 oz./1-12 oz.
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.)Cubed Cream Cheese
- 3/4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 c. Melted Butter
- 1/4 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/4 t. Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all in a 3-4 quart slow cooker. Cook covered, on low, 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until cheese is melted and corn is tender.
Stir just before serving.
