- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP SEASONED SALT
- 1/4 CUP GARLIC SALT
- 1/2 CUP PAPRIKA
- 2 TBSP CELERY SALT
- 2 TBSP ONION SALT
- 2 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1 TBSP CHILI POWDER
- 4 TBSP GROUND MUSTARD
- 1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1 TSP CAYENNE
- 1 TBSP ONION POWDER
- 1 TBSP MSG
Preparation
Step 1
MEASURE OUT RUB AND MIX THROUGHLY APPLY TO CLEAN TURKEY, PLACE IN PRE HEATED SMOKER AT 225 F, SMOKE WITH APPLE WOOD FOR 4 HOURS AND CONTINUE COOKING TILL AN I.T OF 180 F PLACE PAN UNDER TURKEY AFTER SMOKING PROCESS TO CATCH DRIPPINGS.
