Ingredients
- 1/4 cup drained oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 tsp basalmic vinegar
- 4 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place tomatoes, vinegars and garlic in food processor, puree until smooth, gradually add oil until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
