Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In steamer over simmering water, steam green beans just until tender 5-7 min
Meanwhile, seed core and cut red pepper into strips. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over med heat; cook red pepper, stirring, until tender-crisp, about 2 min
Add green beans, basil, salt and pepper; toss to combine
