Ingredients
- 1 2lb bag of frozen sweet corn
- 1 8oz cream cheese cut in cubes
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
cook corn as directed on bag
once the corn is ready add you half and half
butter, cream cheese
stir constantly
next slowly add sugar, stir stir stir
next slowly add flour, stir stir stir
dish is done when everything is mixed
key is stir, stir, you have to stir constantlly
so it doesn't burn and cook over medium heat
taste better the next day
so make it the night before
