Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp splenda
Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade. Marinate shrimp for 15-20 minutes. Thread shrimp on skewers (soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning). Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side.
