Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs unpeeled potatoes
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cut potatoes into 1" pieces; place in 2-qt saucepan.
2) Add garlic & enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
3) Cook 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4) Drain potatoes & garlic. Return to saucepan.
5) Mash potatoes & garlic.
6) Stir in remaining ingredients & mix well.
