Ingredients
- 1 12oz pkg fresh broccoli florets
- 1 T salt
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 3oz cream cheese, soft
- 1 4oz pkg crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 3/cup finely crushed crackers..about 10
Preparation
Step 1
350*.. coarsely chopp broccoli and cook with salt in large pan in boiling water 3 min..drain..
melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat, whisk in flour until smooth..cook, whisking constantly til mix is thick and bubbly..stir in cheeses and 1/4 t. salt til melted.. stir in broccoli..place in lightly greased 11x7 baking dish..sprinkle with crackers..
bake 30 min till brown and bubbly
