annabelle's apple pie cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1 t. cinn
• 1 t. nutmeg
• 1 t. soda
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 2 1/2 cup diced apples
• 2 T hot water
• 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

350*.. mix all ingredients in order given..pour into greased pie pan.. bake 45 min..
serve hot with ice cream
