Raisin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup raisins (cover in water and boil approx. 20
  • minutes)
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 T. flour
  • 3 T. butter
  • Little lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Boil raisins. Stir in sugar and flour and cook until thick.
Add last 3 ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust. Lattice top.

Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes.
