- 1 1/2 cup raisins (cover in water and boil approx. 20
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 T. flour
- 3 T. butter
- Little lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Boil raisins. Stir in sugar and flour and cook until thick.
Add last 3 ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust. Lattice top.
Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes.
