Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Pineapple slices
  • 2 egg cake recipe (1 2/3 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs well beaten, 1/2 cup milk)
  • Cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in pan, coat pan.

Brown dark sugar, cover bottom of pan.

Add pineapple slices in bottom of pan.

Pour in dough (2 egg cake recipe)

Bake at 350 35-45 minutes and take it out with knife.

Turn it upside down, while still warm.

Add cherries.
