Blueberry Sour

Ingredients

  • Jello layer:
  • 2 - 3 oz. pkgs. blackberry jello
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 - 15 oz. can blueberries
  • 1 cup juice from blueberries and pineapple
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Topping:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Add the boiling water to the jello. Stir until the jello is dissolved and then add juice, and fruit. Refrigerate until set. Blend topping ingredients and spread over jello. Sprinkle with the nuts.
