Ingredients
- 5-6 medium squash
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cups cornbread, mashed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pound (or more if desired) velvetta cheese
- 2 tbs cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut and boil squash and onion for until soft, 15 to 20 mins. In large casserole mix squash and onion with remaining ingredients. Cook in 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
