Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3 pound potatoes
- 5 or 6 hard cooked eggs
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (a little more or less, as desired)
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until just tender, cube and cool.
Cool and coarsely chop hard cooked eggs
Mix all ingredients.
Toss with dressing.
