Debbie's Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 3 pound potatoes
  • 5 or 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (a little more or less, as desired)
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes until just tender, cube and cool.

Cool and coarsely chop hard cooked eggs

Mix all ingredients.

Toss with dressing.
