Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups French fried onions
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 400.
2) Place French's fried onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or rolling pin.
3) Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
4) Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs if desired.
5) Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
