Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 1/2 c. broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- zest of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Add rice and garlic to olive oil, saute 2 minutes. Add broth, salt, lime juice and bring to a boil. Turn rice down to a simmer and cover for 15 minutes. Stir in zest and cilantro.
