Tamil Nadu Keerai Kulambu (Spinach Curry)

Ingredients

  • 1 handful moong dhal
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 bowl spinach

Preparation

Step 1

add one and half cups of water and pressure cook all the ingredients except the spinach for about one whistle in a pressure cooker.

then add the spinach and salt to taste and pressure cook for about another one whistle

serve hot
