Roasted Bacon

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound of bacon.

Preparation

Step 1

Place a cooling rack inside of a sheet pan. Arrange bacon in a single layer on rack. Back for 15-20 minutes or until crisp at 400 degrees.

Additional options:
Brush with one to two tablespoons of maple syrup and back for another 3 to 5 minutes.

Serve warm.
