Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks beaten
- 1/2 C. heavy cream
- 1/4 C. butter
- 2 T. Sherry
- 3/4 # cut up lobster
- Dash cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together eggs and cream. Melt butter and saute lobster. Add eggs and heavy cream. Cook until thickens. Add 2 T. sherry and cayenne pepper.
Serve our Pepperidge Farms pastry shells.
