  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Put the kale in a pot and add water to cover.Simmer over a medium flame till dry.Repeat three more times.After the third final cooking,add the olive oil and montreal spice.Continue cooking till tender.
