Ingredients

  • 1 oz.diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp.sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp tequila
  • 1 oz.orange juice
  • 3 oz.chicken breast(strips)
  • 2 whole shrimp
  • 1 tsp,taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp.chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the tomatoes and onions with the tequila and orange juice.
Prepare the chicken and shrimp separately;Season each with taco seasoning and chili powder,then saute until golden brown.
Add the sauce and simmer for 2 to 3 minuts.

2 cups brussels sprouts and carrots roasted
1/4 cup brown rice
