Ingredients
- 1 package (5.25 ounces) Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
- 3 cups cut up chicken or turkey
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
- 2/3 cups milk
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat potatoes, sauce mix and remaining ingredients except cheese and onions to skillet over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat. Cover, simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cheese, let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with french fried onions if desired.
