Pineapple with maple syrop

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple, quatered and sliced
  • 1/2 cup maple syrop
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grand marnier

Preparation

Step 1

Quarter a fresh pineapple lengthwise, remove core, cut in 1/2" slices, and cut along shell to seperate the slices. Keeping the slices on top of the shell, place the quarters shell side down on a preheated grill. Grill on medium for 15 minutes or until heated through.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and baste the pineapple with this mixture every 5 minutes.
