Cherry Angel Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 large prepared angel food cake
  • 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • 1 pkg. (3/4 oz)instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Tear cake into 1/2 inch pieces to measure 8 cups. Place 1/2 the cake cubes in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Reverve 1/3 cup pie filling; spread remaining filling over cake. Top with the other 1/2 cake cubes. Combine milk and pudding mix and sour cream Spoon over cake. Cover and chill. Cut in squares and top with reserved cherries.
