- 1 1/3 c French's Onions
- 1 Eggs
- 4 boneless or bone in pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
Finely crush French’s Onions
Beat eggs. For each serving, dip pork chops into egg, then coat with onion crumbs.
Bake pork chops 400* F for 20 min. or until 160*F internal temp.
