Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Preheat to 350
yields 3 cups
Served at the Lady and sons restaurant

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of 1 oz pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
  • 2 131/2 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and mashed.(can use processor)
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • minced garlic
  • 10 dashes tobacco or Franks red hot

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 in greased casserole dish for 30 - 40 min.
