Ingredients
- 1/2 of 1 oz pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
- 2 131/2 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and mashed.(can use processor)
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- minced garlic
- 10 dashes tobacco or Franks red hot

Step 1
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 in greased casserole dish for 30 - 40 min.
