Ingredients
- Regular crust:
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. peeled and sliced peaches
- 1 Pet-Ritz pie crust shell
- Deep dish:
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. peeled and sliced peaches
- 1 Pet-Ritz pie crust shell
- Topping for either crust:
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour (3 tablespoons for regular crust), sugar and cinnamons stir in peaches and toss to coat well. Pour mixture into pie crust. For topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and rolled oats. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pie. Bake on preheated baking sheet 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
