Karen's Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 2/12 c. cream style corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 T. melted butter
  • 1 c. fine, dry bread or cracker crumbs
  • 3 T. finely chopped onion
  • 3 T. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • Mixture of: 1 t. salt, 1/4 t. Accent, 1/4 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Thoroughly blend in last 5 ingredients.
Put in casserole dish.
Dot with 2 t. butter.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
