Ingredients
- 3/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs, 2 tbsp. sugar, nuts, and butter. Press 2/3 of mixture into an 8 inch square pan. Combine pudding mix, pineapple juice, milk, 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Pour into pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Chill.
Makes 9 servings.
