Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lox or lox trimmings
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 c chopped red onion

Preparation

Step 1

Blend first 3 ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to bowl. Mix in dill and pepper sauce. Mix in pepper. Add onion. Chill Serve with rye bread, bagel chips, crackers or vegetables
