Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 c. peeled and sliced apples
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. soft butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place apples in 8x8 pan. Mix together water, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle over apples. Use a pastry blender to blend sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Pour on top of apples. Bake 350° for 40 minutes.
