Ingredients
- 1/2 C fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1 T chopped fresh chives
- 1 t. chopped fresh chives
- 1 t. grated lemon zest
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Separate 8 leaves from 1 small endive. Spoon 1 T ricotta mixture onto each left and sprinkle with a little more chopped chives and zest.
