Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped in soft peaks
• 6 tbsp prepared horseradish
• 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
• 2-3 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Fold together first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Stir in lemon juice and sugar. Add salt & pepper to taste.
