Baked Hashbrown Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Toppings:
  • l bag of hash browns (32oz)
  • I can cream of potatoes soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 small 8oz light sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle parsley flakes and paprika over the top to help brown.

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours covered and uncover at the end to help brown the top of the hash browns.
