Honey Glazed Bacon Burger

Ingredients

• sesame seed bun
• juicy beef patty
• lettuce
• 2 slices havarti cheese
• 2 slices tomato
• 3 strips applewood smoked bacon
• seasoned salt
• 4 oz honey
• 1 t cayenne pepper
• 6 oz mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare honey glaze by mixing honey and cayenne. Seperate mixture in half into 2 bowls. glaze burger with one half. Mix mayo into remaining half and set aside
Cook burger to taste. Toast bun until golden. Spread thin layer of honey cayenne mayo on top and bottom of bun. Sprinkle seasoned salt on cooked burger patty and drizzle somee honey glaze on top. Cover patty with havarti cheese and melt.
On bottom bun, layer lettus, sseasoned patty, tomato and bacon. Cover with top bun.
