- 1 boneless pork shouldder
- 1 bottle original bbq sauce
- jc from 1 medium orange
- 12 sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 1/2 cup mayo
Preparation
Step 1
plACE MEAT IN SLOW COOKER; TOP WITH BBQ SAUCE AND OJ. COver
cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours. remove meat from slow cooker; cut into small pieces or shred with fork. return to slow cooker; satir to evenly coat meat with sauce.
spread rolls woth mayo; fill with meat
