Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 T low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 t cornstarch
  • 2 t dry sherry
  • 2 t hoisin sauce
  • 1 t rice vinegare
  • 1 t chile paste with garlic
  • 1/4 t salkt
  • 2 t peanut oil
  • 1 T minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 T minced fresh garlic
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly slicxed across the grain
  • 16 med green onions, cut into 3 in pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ing, stirring until smooth

Heat peanut oil in a lgnonstick skillet over med high heat.

Add minced ginger, garlic, and beef. saute for 2 min or until beef is browned. Add soy sauce mix. cook 1 min or until thickened, stirring constantly
