Ingredients
- 2 T low sodium soy sauce
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t cornstarch
- 2 t dry sherry
- 2 t hoisin sauce
- 1 t rice vinegare
- 1 t chile paste with garlic
- 1/4 t salkt
- 2 t peanut oil
- 1 T minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 T minced fresh garlic
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly slicxed across the grain
- 16 med green onions, cut into 3 in pieces

Step 1
Combine first 8 ing, stirring until smooth
Heat peanut oil in a lgnonstick skillet over med high heat.
Add minced ginger, garlic, and beef. saute for 2 min or until beef is browned. Add soy sauce mix. cook 1 min or until thickened, stirring constantly
