Horseradish Mustard Sauce

  • 2 T. prepared horseradish
  • 1 T. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 T. sour cream
  • 1 t. freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 t. sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 t. chopped rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the horseradish, mustard, buttermilk, sour cream, pepper, salt, and rosemary in a small bowl and stir to mix. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
