Strawberry Pie Glace

Ingredients

• 1 C sugar
• 1 C water
• 1 T jello flavored powder (strawberry)
• 3 T corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Boil in microwave until clear then cool.

Take a 9" pie shell and fill w/fresh sliced strawberries and pour sauce over evenly, spreading to fill in holes.

Cool and serve w/whipped cream.
