Ingredients
- 8 bone in thighs skin removed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice
- 12-16 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in greased 13 +9 inch dish. St with butter.
Sprinkle with lime juice and pepper sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients, sprinkle evenly over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 425 for 30 minutes or until meat reads 180.
