Ingredients
- 1 cup Risotto, small onion, 3 cups chicken broth plus, 8 chicken cutlets (11/2 lbs), 1 pt grape tomatoes halved, 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced, broccoli slightly steamed,
- (Usually double all ingredients cause never enough)
- (Can also add zucchini if you like)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook risotto as pkg directs. Sauté garlic in oil, the sauté chicken in olive oil, add broccoli & tomatoes. Add some chicken broth
