Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 1/4 lbs)
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- Chopped parsley
- Egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice tenderloin into 3/4 inch slices. Pound 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper and coat in flour
2. In batches, brown in olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; 1-2 minutes per side, remove
3. To the skillet, add white wine and butter, cook for 1 minute. Add the pork and toss. Serve with egg noodles and sprinkle with chopped parsley
