Ingredients
- 4 cups of cooked noodles
- 1 carrot, finely julienned
- 1 stalk celery, finely julienned
- 1 cup snow peas, cut diagonally into thin strips
- 1/2 cucumber finely julienned
- 1/2 red pepper, finely julienned
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 T dark sesame seeds
- 1 T light sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 T mirin
- 2 T lime juice (or 3 limes)
- 1 red onion, finely julienned
- 2 tsp. chili paste
- 1 avocado
- 1 cooked chicken breast
