Ingredients
- 5 cups Ichiban Dashi (see recipe)
- 4 ounces thinly-sliced boneless pork
- 2 small thinly-sliced leeks
- 3 tablespoons red miso
- Shiso leaves for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes. Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling.
Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
