Soft Pumpkin White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c Butter
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 c Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 c Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 c White Chololate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg, canned pumpkin and vanilla.
2. Stir in flour,baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Add chocolate chips.
3. Drop spoonfuls 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees, rptating halfway through just until browned on bottoms, about 20 minutes.
4. Transfer cookes to a rack to cool
