Maple Pecan Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 3 T. cooking oil
  • 1/2 t. onion powder
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/8 t. poultry seasoning
  • Mashed potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Saute pork chops in oil over medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side.

Mix together syrup, onion powder, soy sauce, pecans and poultry seasoning. Pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place pork chops on top of hot mashed potatoes. Drizzle with the sauce.
